Testimonials:-
“I am used to traveling alone and consider myself pretty self sufficient. Then came across Rafael and Holiday Houseboys as a service on my recent trip to Mexico City. Rafael was terrific. He helped me make the best use of my time by showing me all the great spots to eat, sightsee, and go out. He took care of all of the reservations and accompanied me on some of my meals which allowed me some much needed Spanish practice. Rafael was knowledgeable about the unique aspects of Mexico City’s history and culture. I had a great experience without any of the tough planning work that you sometimes have to do. Therefore I would highly recommend this service!” – Mel, USA
“Rafael worked out well. He helped to get me oriented to the city and shared a few dining options as well. Thanks for your help in securing his services!” – Jan, USA
“I planned to stay in Mexico City for two months to study Spanish. Therefore I hired Rafael to acquaint me with several of the neighborhoods around the school. We walked around the neighborhoods while he explained the advantages of each area. He showed where to do my marketing, where to eat, where to do my laundry. We also visited several restaurants for lunch and dinner. He introduced me to exotic (for me) foods which I enjoyed. We visited the subway so I could purchase a Mexico City Metro Card and he explained how to use the subways and buses. We stopped by the opera house (Palacio de Bellas Artes) which houses art by Diego Rivera, Rufino Tamayo, David Alfaro Siqueiros, and José Clemente Orozco. Rafael also answered a myriad of questions (e.g. Can I drink the water, where can I work out, what’s safe and not safe to do, etc.). I would highly recommend Rafael, as a guide, for your next visit to Mexico City”. – Richard, USA
